COPYRIGHT & IDEA PROTECTION

WildChase belongs to its creators.

This notice explains how the original material on this website may be used, and how ideas shared through the feedback form will be treated.

Protected WildChase material

© 2026 WildChase. The WildChase logo and wordmark, website text and visual design, concept-plan artwork, illustrations and other original materials on this site are protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.

You may

View this website, share a link to it, and quote a short extract when you clearly credit WildChase and link back to the original page.

You may not

Copy, publish, sell, adapt or commercially use the WildChase logo, concept plan, website design, text or other original material without prior written permission. You may not present WildChase material as your own or use it in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership.

Feedback and suggestions

You keep any copyright you own in original material you submit. By sending feedback, you give the WildChase project a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and permanent licence to use, adapt and include your suggestion in the park concept, plans and communications. Please send only material you have the right to share.

Feedback is not treated as confidential. Do not submit trade secrets, private information or material that you want to keep exclusive.

What copyright does not cover

Copyright protects the original expression of WildChase — such as the plan drawing, logo, words and website — rather than the broad idea of creating an inclusive holiday park. The WildChase name and logo may also be protected through trade-mark registration.

Permission and concerns

If you want permission to use WildChase material, or believe something on this site infringes your rights, contact the project owner through the person who shared this website with you.
